Chad F. Edwards

Mr. Edwards represents physicians and other healthcare professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters, including hospital peer review matters when a physician’s privileges have been limited, suspended or revoked.  His practice includes representing medical professionals in licensing matters involving the Medical and Nursing Boards of California, along with other professional licensing boards in California.

He also has significant experience handling all types of employment claims, including wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of employment contracts, wage and hour violations, including class action cases, and more.

In addition, Mr. Edwards practices in the areas of personal injury, business law and general civil litigation.

While in law school, Mr. Edwards was a member of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal as well as the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.  He also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution, which has consistently been ranked as the nation’s number one dispute resolution program.
